AdBlue Analysis
AdBlue analysis is essential to determine if the muffler has been compromised by the use of low-quality products. Contaminated or non-compliant AdBlue can damage the exhaust system and reduce the effectiveness of the catalytic converter.
Services on Exhaust Systems
We offer a complete range of interventions for vehicles weighing up to 35 quintals:
- AdBlue Analysis: Check the quality of the AdBlue to ensure the correct functioning of the emission reduction system.
- Euro 3 – Euro 4 Reclamation: Cleaning and restoration procedure for vehicles compliant with Euro 3 and Euro 4 regulations.
- Replacing pressure differential rings: Replacement of worn components to ensure accurate differential pressure measurement.
- Replacement of internal ceramic monolith: Installation of highly impregnated ceramic monoliths on the original coat for Euro 5 and Euro 6 vehicles, with a 2-year warranty.
After the intervention, the filter will be as good as new, restoring its original levels of functionality and efficiency.
Cooking
During the complete cleaning operationSuperCleaner®the filter is placed in a special oven (ZERO EMISSIONS) in which it is subjected to the appropriate cooking process foreseen by the manufacturer (12 hours in total between heating, cooking and gradual cooling).
Inside the oven the filter reaches a temperature of 700° C.
The high temperature burns only a portion of the particulate matter and agglomerates captured by the filter (oil, cerine, ferrocene, etc.), allowing the unburned material to anchor itself to the walls of the filter channels: in particular ferrocene (a chemical reagent present in rust-colored hydrocarbons).
At this stage, it is very important to gradually increase the oven temperature. If this increase is made suddenly, it can create a thermal shock that could damage the filter walls.
Cleaning
Drawing on the technical knowledge and experience gained over the years in regeneration, CDR Italia has developed an exclusive, safe, and patented process for regenerating FAP or DPF particulate filters.
During the second phase of the interventionSuperCleaner®The filter is inserted into a special patented machine in which the agglomerates (in particular ferrocene) are completely removed without any invasive action (impacts, cutting and subsequent welding), guaranteeing and maintaining the chemical-physical properties of the particulate filter unchanged.
This operation is carried out under the supervision of our expert technicians in a zero-emission machine.
Verify
The final phase of complete regenerationSuperCleaner®the filter is tested in special machines for detecting back-pressure data (certification with SIT references in compliance with ISO 9000).
The tests applied to our technology and the entire regeneration process allow us to guarantee, with absolute certainty, the maximum efficiency of the regenerated filter and the repeatability of the process, maintaining the original performance unchanged.
The entire process includes the collection and delivery of the fully regenerated filter in just 2-3 days. Upon delivery, the filters are guaranteed to be as good as new, following a backpressure measurement across the entire filter surface. A test sheet and backpressure data sheet can be attached upon request.
FAP disposal

The waste produced is polluting and often toxic to the environment and humans.special waste, according to theLegislative Decree no. 152 of 3 April 2006, must be entrusted to registered transport companiesto the Register of Environmental Managers to deliver waste to authorized disposal centers. It is mandatory, as required by law, to ensure the traceability of special waste by completing specific documents:
- the waste identification form for transport and disposal.
- The loading-unloading register
- TheMUD(Single environmental declaration model).
The business owner is required to prepare documents regarding waste traceability, storage, and disposal. The collection, packaging, transportation, and disposal of this type of waste must be carried out according to specific regulations and in an environmentally friendly manner. Depending on the hazardous nature of the waste, the owner of a mechanical or body shop is required to classify the waste produced and collect it in suitable containers.
