Born in Florence in 1978, Simone Faggioli is the most successful driver in European motorsport.

A hillclimb specialist, he made his debut in 2001 with a touring car and by 2002 had already switched to prototypes and become the overall Italian Champion.
Since then, he has collected 19 Italian titles and 11 European titles, as well as numerous track records. Since 2005, he has dominated the European scene aboard Osella prototypes, winning four consecutive European Championships from 2010 to 2013, repeating the Italian-European double.
In 2014 he moved to the wheel of the Norma M20 FC Zytek, continuing to build on his palmares with victories in the continental titles in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
In 2018, Faggioli's talent crossed the pond and, on his debut at the legendary American Pikes Peak hill climb, he took second place overall and the fastest time in a two-wheel drive car. On the same track in 2022, he set a new class record in the factory Lamborghini URUS.
In 2024 he won all the races of the new SuperSalita Championship with the Nova Proto Bardahl NP01.

In 2025 he crossed the ocean again and made history: he was the first Italian to win the legendary Pikes Peak.
